1. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions govern the rights and obligations between the operator of the online shop Armora and its customers. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

3. Orders and Contract Conclusion

Orders can be placed through the shopping cart on our website. After submitting an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. The purchase contract is concluded once your order is confirmed by us.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices include VAT (where applicable). Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process. Payment can be made by credit/debit card or other methods listed at checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Products are produced and shipped in cooperation with our partner Printful. The usual delivery time is 5–10 business days. You will be notified by e-mail once your order has been shipped.

6. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided the goods were not personalized or custom-made (e.g., special custom print on demand). Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

7. Warranty and Claims

All goods are covered by a statutory warranty of 24 months. In case of defects, please contact us at info@armora-eshop.com. Claims will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Final Provisions

These Terms & Conditions are effective as of September 1, 2025. The operator reserves the right to amend them. The current version is always available on our website.
